Information we collect
When you contact Skarion or submit a career assessment, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, education, work experience, career goals, work-authorization information, and links to professional profiles or portfolios.
We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, and network identifiers used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- Review and respond to assessment, course, partnership, and general enquiries.
- Evaluate which Skarion services or career pathways may be relevant to a person who asks for support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms.
- Meet legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping obligations that may apply to Skarion.
Sharing and service providers
Skarion may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, communications, form delivery, security, analytics, customer relationship management, or similar operational functions. These providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and be subject to appropriate contractual or technical controls.
Public forms currently use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention. That service may process technical, browser, and network signals needed to determine whether a submission appears legitimate.
Skarion does not intend to sell personal information. If the business model or data practices change, this policy should be updated before that change is introduced.
Retention and security
Personal information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for legitimate business records, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Final retention periods should be documented once Skarion's operating processes are confirmed.
Skarion uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of personal information. You may also be able to withdraw a consent that Skarion relies on, subject to legal or operational limits.

Children, changes, and contact
Skarion's career services are not intended for children. The final policy should state the applicable minimum age once the service eligibility rules are finalized.
This policy may be updated when Skarion's services, vendors, legal obligations, or data practices change. Material changes should be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
